Cordova API Support Exceptions

With a few exceptions, the App Dev Center within the Intel® XDK now supports the Cordova JavaScript API. Here is a list of known exceptions in the App Dev Center build system along with any status updates available on them.

• The InAppBrowser.window.open command does not support the target parameter of _self.
